Job Description:
Gather the scope of the project. Analyze gaps in the current system and advise on changes required to fulfill business needs of the project. Conduct interviews with service provider vendors to understand their system and how changes required will impact them. Review business requirements and deliver functional specifications document. Work closely with user interface web designers to create screen layouts. Create test plans/cases based on user/functional specifications. Conduct user acceptance testing to verify and ensure accurate delivery of the business needs. Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for long and short term assignments at client sites. MULTIPLE POSTIONS AVAILABLE.

Position Title: Applications Developer
Job Description:
• Analyze, configure, and deploy/ enhance the applications to meet the Business Requirements along with the data migration requirements. Design, review, collaborate for Timely development of Business application delivery.
• Perform the GAP analysis of the requirements in applications and document the complexity and implementation methods to roll out the solution along with acceptable work around.
• Build the applications, identify, and prepare the functional specification documents that outline the business requirement, the development method, pseudo logic, test data and conditions.
• Perform unit and functional testing to test all the functionality that has been implemented to enable the users to maintain the application.
• Create and execute Unit/Integration/UAT test scripts to make sure that the new development is tested and documented to prove that the functionality is working as per the user requirement.
• Involve in multiple phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the application like requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, and Code development.
• Prepare Design Documentation, Test cases, Process Flows.
Job Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or closely related field. we require candidates with an understanding and background in unit, integration software testing or related technical fields by virtue of at least a concentration or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
